Here are some of our favorite pictures from the past couple weeks.
So they may be a little big but his eyes are very sensitive...or my sunglass addiction may be rubbing off on him;)
A miniature Travis, I'm in big trouble!
They were having a very serious conversation.

Two Months Old

I know I am going to say this every month but I can't believe Landon is 2 months old!! The past couple weeks have been so much fun. He is smiling, cooing and watching us very intently. He also is mesmerized by our our ceiling fan and the little toys on his car seat. Landon is currently eating about 4 to 5 ounces every four hours. He is still very gassy and we are contemplating switching him to soy formula per the Doctors recommendation to help with the gas. Speaking of the Dr. we went for Landon's 2 month well visit on Thursday and he did so well. They said he was a very "social" baby:). He had to get two shots and one oral vaccine. Broke my heart to see him cry with the shots but he got over it pretty quickly. The next day and a half he didn't have a big appetite and was very sleepy. But now he is back to normal smiling and eating plenty!
Here are his 2 month stats -
10 pounds 7 ounces (21%)
22.5 inches (33%)
Head 15.5 inches (35%)
He is still long and skinny, 0-3 month clothes fit the best but 3 month fits too because of his length. It was very sad but I had to pack up all of his newborn clothes because they are all too small now.
Here's our 2 month photo shoot.
Adorable!!:)
Just chillin...

Landon's Nursery

I have been waiting to get Landon's newborn photos back before I posted these pictures of his nursery (they are in the large frames on the wall). The room was done months before his arrival but now it is finally complete! He was sleeping in a bassinet in our bedroom for the first month but has been in his crib for a few weeks now. Unfortunately he does not sleep in it for long periods of time yet... So far Landon sleeps for about three hours at a time during the night, eating around 2 to 3am, then going back to sleep. We put him down without a pacifier and then he'll wake up in a couple hours and won't go back to sleep until we give the pacifier to him. Then we get to play the fun game of "put the paci back in" for the next hour. Poor little guy is also really gassy and that will sometimes wake him up during the night as well. Good news is that last night he slept for four hours straight so I'm hoping we're on the track to sleeping for longer stretches during the night! :)
We love his crib because it converts into a toddler bed and then a queen size bed so he will have it for a long time!

Thanks to Pinterest we found a great way to display Landon's library. (Ikea 2 dollar spice racks...genius!)
